12th October 2020 

Joint letter from Viv Bennett, Chief Public Health Nurse at Public Health England, and Ruth May, Chief Nursing Officer for England to Directors of Nursing about winter planning to support children and families. The letter advises that professionals supporting children and families with SEND should not be redeployed to other services and should be supported to provide services to the most vulnerable families.
